1 Taxpayers appear before the Office of the Mayor and request for Application for Business Permit and proceed to Municipal Treasurer’s Office for assessment of fees. Upon receipt of the Application for Business Permit duly filled up by the taxpayer and approved by the Municipal Mayor, the office verifies the authenticity and truthfulness of gross sales declared. The Assessment Clerk prepares a computation based on the gross sales and issue an assessment slip as a basis for the taxpayer’s payment. Upon payment, the application is returned to the taxpayers for them to facilitate the signing of the different agencies concerned as well as the approval of the same by the Municipal Mayor as recommended by the Mun. Treasurer. Municipal Treasurer/ Revenue Coll.
